What is this doing in English Park?

Hai guys it's Espresso! Today, Loofah and I witnessed something very peculiar in English Park 1. Loofah said that she was standing next to Mr.Pole when suddenly.. POOF! It just appears! There are two fluffy things which are "Loofah's sheepies" and some code. It states flg_kintoun. It might be a clue to a scavenger hunt that pico is doing.. I'm not sure! If you guys have any idea please tell me!
